It may not be a brand name with widespread recognition. But in the property sector, Reapit is a name making waves globally with its advanced property technology products.
So the opportunity to create brand videos for this innovative company was one the New Word Order team jumped at with typical passion and creative thinking.
In simple terms, time and budget were the primary challenges for these video projects. The client had hard deadlines for a brand launch that meant creative development and production time needed to be compressed as much as possible to satisfy a number of internal and external timelines.
Our goal was to produce quality creative materials, even on the tightest budgets. This project is evidence of how we utilised our creative experience to develop production styles that stayed within the modest budgets while still looking mint.
We were tasked with producing two videos—one for a local launch of the Reapit brand in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) and another for the global organisation based in the UK.
Strategically, the briefs for each video were different so we decided to treat them as separate projects with their own creative concepts and looks. To achieve a strong differential, we created an animated concept for the global video and a multi-layered footage version for the ANZ version.
For the ANZ version, budgetary constraints meant shooting footage would not be possible. So we scoured footage libraries to find a suite of fantastic and relevant shots. We then worked with our post-production partners to edit the sourced footage together, overlaid with customised thematic visual effects and motion graphics. The final piece of the puzzle was to commission a custom music track energetically set to the dynamic edit.
The global video was where our extensive animation skills came to the fore. The client had done some preliminary visual assets, which we then used as a base for an animation concept using high quality 2D and motion graphics.
The launch of these videos was met with strong acclaim and the gratitude of a client who understood that we had met every aspect of the timelines and budget.
