Central Queensland, Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast PHN asked us to refresh its campaign strategy, messaging and creative because people were still going to the emergency department with non-life-threatening sickness or injuries. Our solution was to show the people who live in the region—and holidaymakers—that the emergency department isn't the only option.
